My professional journey started in the public school system, where I spent a decade honing my ability to foster relationships, promote success, and make a lasting impact on future generations. My teaching approach centered on relatability, mutual respect, and innovation, capturing students’ attention and encouraging engagement. I took pride in empowering students to cultivate self-confidence and believe in their own abilities. During this time, I also mastered the art of communication, playing a vital role in building team-centered atmospheres with coworkers, leadership teams, and parents alike.

After the birth of our fourth child, I made the life-changing decision to pause my career to focus on caring for our chronically ill child and to address my own mental health challenges, including severe postpartum depression. This period of my life was transformative, guiding me on a profound journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and fulfillment. It was during these challenging times that I embraced a holistic lifestyle, seeking education, mentorship, and coaching to foster radical transformation and conscious living.
